We are proudly presenting to you this wonderful two-story apartment in the very center of Pula, next to the Forum, in a building that was built in 2006.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor (attic), out of four in total in this well-maintained building.

From the entrance part, the corridor leads to a comfortable and pleasant open space in which there is a kitchen, a very comfortable dining room, and a living room. The space, which is full of natural light thanks to the windows that offer unreal views and the exiting glass doors to the balcony and the extremely high ceiling, is dominated by the metal stairs that give a touch of industrial design to this meticulously designed apartment. Those stairs lead us to the gallery, where there is one walk-through room that can easily serve as a work space and another room that is intended for a children's or study room.
Let's go back to the balcony, from this comfortable balcony you can enjoy the views of the Old Town and the entire rich history of Pula, without feeling cramped at all, even though you are in the very heart of Pula, thanks to the spacious grassy area that dominates the space under the balcony. The view from the balcony travels from the Franciscan monastery dating from the end of the 13th century, and the carefully maintained monks' olive groves and spacious courtyard, over countless Austro-Hungarian architectural beauties, to the archaeological site of the ancient Agrippina's house and part of the Temple of Augustus, and all the way to the open view of the Gulf of Pula and crane of the Uljanik shipyard.
Here we are back in the apartment and the entrance hall that leads us to the bathroom and two bedrooms that have access to a charming loggia.

The apartment is extremely pleasant, it is very well lit by natural light that comes through numerous windows and glass doors. It has one balcony and one loggia that provide opportunities to stay outdoors. The apartment is very well designed and decorated with elements of industrial design, and various well-thought-out details and the choice of colors for the walls, floors and ceramics contribute to the softness and warmth of the final appearance. Almost all floors have high-quality parquet, while the floors in the hallway and on the balcony, as well as on the windowsills, are marble.
