The renovated autochthonous stone Istrian house represents a combination of traditional Istrian architecture with modern comforts and style. This stone beauty is spread over the ground floor and first floor, and is equipped with a heated pool of 32 m2 and a jacuzzi.
On the ground floor of the house there is an impressive living room, a kitchen with a dining room, a bedroom with its own bathroom, a guest toilet and a storage room. The living room has an impressive exit to the covered terrace, where you can enjoy the summer kitchen, which is equipped with a grill and a massive wooden table.

The solarium with pool and jacuzzi and summer kitchen is a luxurious space that combines comfort, relaxation and socializing outdoors.

We reach the first floor of the house via a wooden staircase with a metal structure. The remaining 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the first floor. When decorating this autochthonous Istrian house, every detail was thought of, such as: stone walls, wooden elements, furniture and decor, all in order to maintain the original integrity.

For heating and cooling, it uses air conditioning inverters in every room, and there is a chimney in the living room, so it can be heated with solid fuels.
