Land plot: property is located on land of 5.000m2 (4.633m2 exact). There are around 100 olive trees which are producing 150 litres of olive oil every year. There is option to extend living area or build another house on land plot. From upper part of the land, on top of the hill, there is partial, very small sea view between two mountains.


Renting: Property has succesfull renting buisness since opening season of 2019. Income is good around 50.000eur per season. We are renting as one week minimum with daily rate of 600eur in peak season. Villa is advertised on airbnb and booking with excellent reviews.

Neighborhood: property is located in secret spot and there is only one house on oposite side of the road on lower part of land so privacy is kept at maximum in and around villa. These neighborhors are excellent people (elderly man and woman and middle age man and woman with 2 kids). In general, Tugare and Omis are good choice to have vacation home or live safe and peacfully.
Distance from beach in Omiš are 5min driving, Split 15min, airport 30min.

Monthly expences (electricity, water, waste): average 60eur per month
